COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We collect Your Information at various points when you use the Site. We use the data
that we collect to tailor your experience on the Site, showing content that we think
you might be interested in, and displaying the content according to your preferences.
Please note that ScoringSoccer REQUIRES THAT SIGNED DOCUMENTATION BE OBTAINED FROM A
PARENT OR GUARDIAN FROM THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 IN ORDER TO
COLLECT OR MAINTAIN INFORMATION ON THE SITE FROM THOSE UNDER 13, AND NO PART OF THE
SITE IS INTENDED FOR USE BY THOSE UNDER 13 WITHOUT A PARENT OR GUARDIAN CONCENT
1. When You Register
During the process of registering on the Site, we may require that you provide us
with certain personal contact information such as your name, maiden name (if applicable),
mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number. Please keep in mind that although
your personal contact information will not be viewable by other members, once you
are registered, your name and contact information will be stored by ScoringSoccer.
ScoringSoccer will not sell this contact information, and all communication between
users will be conducted by ScoringSoccer or it's parent, ScoringSystem, Inc.
2. When You "Surf" the Site
Like most standard website servers, we use and maintain the information that we
obtain from your browser on our server logs. This information can include Internet
protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider ("ISP"), and other
data. We may use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user
movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We may associate this information with your Personal Information to resolve technical
issues and support security for our users.

computer's hard drive when you use the Site. Cookies are uniquely assigned to your
computer, and are read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

communications and our marketing campaigns. ScoringSoccer does associate web beacons
to individual member personal information for internal purposes only, in an effort to
understand our members individual preferences with our email products.
3. When You Purchase a Product or Service From ScoringSoccer
If you choose to purchase a ScoringSoccer product or service such as a Gold membership,
you will be required to provide us with certain contact information, including your
name, e-mail address and mailing address. We also require other information necessary
to process your payment (such as a credit card number and expiration date). We may
use the information that you provide to us to bill you for products and services you
request, or to notify you of additional products and services we may offer. When you
purchase a membership or other products/services on the Site you are consenting to
our delivery of this information to our service providers, which may include banks
and credit card companies that we use to process the transaction. For more information
please see the section below regarding "Service Providers".
4. When You Use the Member Only Message Center
To ensure the privacy of our members, we do not display or give out your e-mail
address or any other contact information on our Site. We have developed a Message
Center that uses a "double-blind" e-mail system, which hides the email addresses
to protect the privacy of both the sender and receiver. When using the Message
Center, it is up to you to choose when you are comfortable disclosing your e-mail
address, or any other contact information, to others through private communications.
ScoringSoccer respects our members private communications and does not read or
disclose private communications unless we believe it is necessary to share
information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal
activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical
safety of any person, violations of ScoringSoccer Terms of Service, or as otherwise
required by law enforcement.
5. When You Use our Message Boards and Chat Rooms
Information submitted to message boards and chat rooms is displayed publicly, so
please exercise care in deciding what information you wish to disclose. Information
posted in private groups is viewable by those who are invited to participate by the
owner of the group. Please note however, that although private these communications
and postings are subject to the same disclosures as stated above in "When You Use
the Member Only Message Center". To protect the privacy of our members, ScoringSoccer
does not allow the public posting of personal contact information. We have the right,
but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the
public and private forums and interactive areas on the Site. Please review our
Terms of Service for our guidelines regarding your appropriate use of these areas.
6. When You Use the "Invite-A-Friend" or "Email this Page" Features
If you elect to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site,
you will be asked to provide your friend's name and e-mail address. We will then
automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the Site.
We ask for this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail
and tracking the success of our referral program.
7. When You Build a Personal Profile, Compare or Create a Bio
ScoringSoccer has created a feature called the the "Personal Profile Builder"
feature which contains a variety of questions with multiple-choice answers and
other tools for sharing certain information. Participation in answering all these
questions is optional, but is certain items may be required in order to process
the profile. Some areas of the "Personal Profile Builder" feature are publicly
viewable by visitors and other members of the ScoringSoccer web site. For this
reason, please use care in providing information that you may not want to publicly
disclose. Additionally, please see our Terms of Service to regarding the types
of information that you may post. As provided in the Terms of Service, ScoringSoccer
may use your "Personal Profile Builder" information in a variety of ScoringSoccer
products and features, such as affiliation-specific e-mail you may subscribe to.
This enables us to provide you with information in a more personalized fashion.
8. When You Participate in Surveys
From time-to-time, we may request information from our users via surveys. Although
the responses we collect in online surveys are anonymous, we may occasionally
request contact information (such as your name and e-mail address) or demographic
information (such as your zip code). Participation in these surveys is completely
voluntary, such that you have the choice of whether you wish to disclose the
requested information. However, we encourage our members to participate in these
surveys as they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the
types of services we offer, and how we provide them to you.
9. How We May Supplement Your Information
In order for us to properly fulfill our obligations to our members, it may be
necessary for us from time to time to supplement the information we receive
through your use of the Site with information from third party resources. For
example, we may purchase third party marketing data and address information and
add it to our existing database to better target our advertising and provide
pertinent offers we think you would be interested in.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
ScoringSoccer only shares Your Information with others when we have your permission,
we limit access to Your Information to only those employees who we believe reasonably
need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to
you or to do their jobs.
2. Third Party Offers
We may allow other companies to offer you products and services, including offers
through our Site, co-branded pages hosted by the Third Party or via email. Whether
or not you decide to participate in such an offer is up to you. If you purchase a
product or service on a co-branded page, or via a third party offer on our Site,
that requires you to submit financial and personal information, you are also
consenting to our delivery of this information to that party. The offer will notify
you if any financial or personally identifiable information will be shared. Such
third party will be authorized to use this information in keeping with our
and information practices. We do not control these third parties and you agree that
ScoringSoccer is not liable for their acts, or any failure to act on their part.
3. Third Party Advertising
The advertisements that appear on the Site are generally delivered through internal
software operated by ScoringSoccer. As noted above, we may use Your Information to
provide you with advertisements that are targeted to your specific needs and
interests. These advertisements link directly to third party websites. ScoringSoccer
has no control over the content or privacy policies of such sites, and therefore we
encourage you to review such content and policies prior to submitting any personal
information to them. We do share certain aggregate information, such as demographic
information and the number of times that our members have viewed an advertisement,
with our third party advertisers. This information is not linked with any personally
identifiable information, and we do not provide any such information to third party
ScoringSoccer may use aggregated, statistical information to describe our membership
and to establish advertising and other business relationships with third parties.
ScoringSoccer may serve you with targeted advertisements based on your personal
and/or profile information, but ScoringSoccer does not provide any of this personal
and/or profile information to an advertiser or any third party with the exception of
those uses expressly disclosed in this policy. However, if you click or view an ad
on our site then you consent to the likelihood that the advertiser will assume that
you meet the targeting criteria, if any, used to display such ad, and as described
collection practices (if any).
4. Third Party Ad Servers
Most of the online banner advertisements you see on the ScoringSoccer Site are
delivered by ScoringSoccer. ScoringSoccer does allow other companies, called third
party ad servers or ad networks, to display advertisements on the ScoringSoccer Site.
Some of these ad networks may place a persistent cookie on your computer. Doing
this allows them to recognize your computer each time they send you an online
advertisement. In this way, ad networks may compile information about where you, or
others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads
are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted
advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. ScoringSoccer does
not have access to or control over the cookies that may be placed by these parties
on your computer, and has no control over these parties' privacy policies or
information collection practices (if any).
5. Service Providers
We may sometimes use a third party to provide specific services on our behalf,
including sending e-mails to our members, conducting member surveys, processing
transactions or performing statistical analysis of our services. In these cases, we
may provide certain personal information, such as your name and e-mail address and
other financial information necessary for the service to be provided. However, these
third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information and
are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing or using this information for any
ScoringSoccer may provide certain portions of Your Information, such as your email
address or name, back to your ISP if we have an existing advertising relationship
with them. This is done to allow them to target or discontinue your exposure to our
advertisements, once you have become a participating member of our Site. As part of
our agreement with your ISP, they will be required to maintain this information in
a confidential manner and use it solely for the purpose described in this Policy.
6. Business Transitions
In the event that ScoringSoccer goes through a business transition, such as a merger,
acquisition, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of its assets, our members'
personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

7. Legal Disclosure
We may disclose Your Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith
belief that such action is necessary to conform to applicable law, comply with a
judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on ScoringSoccer or the

prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations
involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of
our Terms of Service.
CHANGING OR CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
ScoringSoccer provides you with ways in which you can update Your Information. To
make changes to Your Information, please login to the Site and go to your
"My Account" area. Here you may change such information as your name, birth date,
mailing address, e-mail address and password and payment information. In addition,
you can edit your photos and biography. If you have questions about updating Your

If you wish to have your membership removed from the Site for any reason, simply
contact us at email@example.com.
If you have any problem removing your membership, please request assistance from
Member Services. Upon removal of membership from the Site, we may retain Your
Information for a period of time in our internal databases and systems.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM ScoringSoccer
It is our policy to send you only the types of e-mail that you elect to receive, in
addition to our customary business communications (e.g., e-mail address confirmation,
renewal notifications, new product offerings, administrative messages, other offline
communications, etc.). Accordingly, while we reserve the right to send you our
customary business communications without offering you the opportunity to opt-out
of receiving them, when you go through the registration process you are given the
opportunity to select whether or not you wish to receive our subscription-based
e-mails. You can update your e-mail preferences by going to the "My Account" page
on the Site. In addition, every subscription-based e-mail communication from us
contains instructions on how you can remove yourself from that specific mailing
list (in such a case, you will continue to receive our customary business

THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We have instituted physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to store and
